"You’ll learn something, you’ll be amused, and hopefully you’ll be inspired to get fit!"

Looking for a fun way to keep motivated, informed, and even interested in fitness? Add some healthy living to your blog reading list. We know you love the information you find here on TotallyHer about wellnes, also the supportive community in the Body & Soul forum, but when you’re in need of more fitness blog buddies check out these fantastically fit friends.

Momspective
Impressively, Julie lost 60 pounds using the Nintendo Wii Fit! Her passion for fun exercise and maintaining a healthy body makes her blog approachable to everyone, especially if you happen to be the type who wants to exercise but struggle to find the time due to all of the responsibilities of being Mom. She gets it. Sometimes finding a blogger that understands you and writes from a perspective like a good friend reaching out to you is exactly what you need to stay inspired to work out.

Fit Bottomed Girls
Jenn, Erin, and Tish cover a wide range of fitness topics. From food to funnies, from exercise to giveaways (we all love free fitness goodies!) they make sure to keep your interest in fitness well satisfied. They recently upgraded their website from a simple blog to their more comprehensive format for easier navigation and better organization.

That’s Fit
Looking for even more variety when it comes to your fitness reading? That’s Fit covers diet, fitness, celebrity, success & motivation, and of course the latest in anything to do with healthy living.

EH Fitness
Some of the best fitness blog reading comes straight from fitness teachers themselves. Erin writes the EHFitness blog, of course to promote the business, but also to help teach readers about the many aspects of living a fit life. Getting regular tips and intriguing insights into nutrition and exercise is not only educational, but it’s entertaining too. Sometimes learning more is exactly what you need to get moving and eat healthier. When we understand not only the importance of it, but also the personal benefits, it becomes easy to do what is best.

Fitzness
There’s nothing like a successful fitness guru and highly qualified expert to lead you in the right direction. Fitz (yes, that’s her name) has a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, has taught about fitness around the world for more than 20 years, is the author of “The Everything Flat Belly Cookbook,” and has published over 1,000 fitness articles in national magazines, websites, and journals. And that doesn’t even begin to cover her impressive credentials. Offering up her expertise on a regular basis, Fitz’s blog is really doing a great service. Plus, her blog is actually spunky and entertaining. She may be an expert but she knows how to relate to regular people (hence why she’s such a successful public speaker as well). You’ll learn something, you’ll be amused, and hopefully you’ll be inspired to get fit thanks to Fitz.
