SCOPE:
Reports to: Director, Sales Planningor other designated supervisor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build awareness of totallyher’s offerings and capabilities within the market.
- Ensure optimal market coverage, increasing awareness of services and capabilities, and assist sales team with research and outreach to new partners.
- Manage the execution of campaigns, and work with all levels of client and advertising agency decision makers and influencers.
- Provide sales team support in submitting proposals, reporting, forecasting, and overall campaign management.
- Process and manage Insertion Orders utilizing internal reporting and online tools.
- Work with Sales Integration teams in brainstorming and implementing innovative and creative campaign executions.
- Assist in development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Online experience preferred.
- Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well within an individual and team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional presentation skills - creation and delivery.
- Demonstrate self-direction and ability to work autonomously.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Desire to learn different aspects of online advertising.

This is a full time position and salary D.O.E. Employees will receive health, vision, and dental after an introductory period. In addition, 401K, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability benefits are provided.
